Available Licenses:
Personal Shifter Theme System License:
- This license allows an individual to use the Shifter Theme System for personal use on one (1) of the websites they own, provided the Shifter product credits remain intact. Individuals who want to use Shifter on additional sites they own may purchase add-on site licenses.
Advanced Shifter Theme System License:
- This license allow an individual to use the Shifter Theme System for personal use on one (1) of the websites they own. This license allows the individual to remove the Shifter product credits from the footer. This license also includes one hour of personal support and site performance analysis to help customize your Shifter site. Individuals who want to use Shifter on additional sites they own may purchase add-on site licenses.
Add-On Shifter Theme System License:
- Add-On Shifter Theme Licenses are only available to individuals who have purchased Personal or Advanced Single Theme System Licenses. Each Add-On Licenses allows an individuals run the Shifter Theme System on one (1) additional website they personally own. Product credits will be dictated by the type of Single License purchased and do not include additional support.
Regarding All Shifter Licenses:
- The Shifter Themes System is NOT licensed for any individual or business to run on any websites that they do not personally own. Likewise, you may not, under any circumstances, distribute Shifter for use on a hosting network, hosting company, blog network, or other multi-user environment of any type that exists at the time of license purchase or is created in the future.
Terms:
The Shifter Theme System (”Shifter”) is the intellectual property of Buzzdroid Media and is copyrighted. Rights to use Shifter are granted only by purchasing a license from Buzzdroid Media. Usage rights will depend on the license purchased. No additional usage rights are granted outside of the license purchased. Licenses are not transferrable. You may not repackage, distribute, or sell Shifter in any form - in whole or in part. Licensees are responsible for keeping accurate records (”records”) of all websites on which they, or their clients, are running Shifter. These records will include: proof of Shifter license, information about the websites licensed to use Shifter, proof of ownership of those websites, and for developers - proof of payment from client. Licensees and owners of any website running Shifter agree to provide Buzzdroid Media with these records as requested by Buzzdroid Media and assist Buzzdroid Media with any license auditing.
